As all our dresses are handmade to order, we strive to ensure that each product is crafted with the utmost attention to detail, providing you with a premium experience. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy is designed to keep you informed about how we process and deliver your order, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout your shopping journey.


1. Processing Time

As each dress is custom-made specifically for you, the processing time for orders will typically take up to 14 business days. This time frame allows us to carefully craft your unique design, ensuring that it meets our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design, fabric availability, or high demand during peak seasons. If any delays are anticipated, we will notify you promptly and keep you informed about the progress of your order.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products. Once your order has been completed and passed our quality check, it will be dispatched for shipping. Depending on your location, the estimated delivery time after dispatch is as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping (within India):
    Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Shipping:
    Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs regulations, but it typically ranges from 10-20 business days.

Please be aware that delivery times may be impacted by external factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or unexpected courier delays. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its progress.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of the package. We offer the following options for shipping:

  • Standard Shipping:
    A flat rate based on your location will be applied at checkout.
  • Express Shipping:
    For faster delivery, you can choose express shipping at an additional cost. The express shipping option ensures your order reaches you in the shortest possible time frame after dispatch.

5. Address Accuracy

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will make every effort to correct the address. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes, and you may need to arrange for a redirection or reshipment, which may incur additional fees.


6. Missed Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages

In the event that the courier is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect address details, absence at the time of delivery, or other unforeseen circumstances, the courier will usually attempt redelivery or leave a notice for you to arrange pickup. Please follow the courier’s instructions for arranging redelivery or collecting your package from the nearest location.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply for resending the package. If you choose not to have the package resent, we will process a refund minus the original shipping cost.

While we aim to deliver within the standard 14-day processing time, certain factors may impact production, such as fabric availability, custom design elements, or an increase in order volume during festive seasons.

We recommend placing your orders in advance to account for any potential delays, especially if you are ordering for a special occasion. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know when placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

At Quæva, we take the utmost care in packaging your order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a refund.

If your package is lost during transit, we will work closely with the courier service to investigate the matter. If the package cannot be located, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.


9. Returns and Cancellations

Since all our dresses are custom-made to your specifications, we currently do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or does not meet the order requirements. We offer a 24-hour cancellation window after placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours at [support@quaeva.com]. Once production begins on your custom dress, cancellations will no longer be possible.
